  • A booking request can be made via the booking form on this website or by contacting us on the contact form on this website or by email at bookings@wheelshokkaido.com. We will confirm availability and send you a confirmation email with a payment link. After we confirm your payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • The prices shown on the website include all costs of the transfer including fuel, highway and taxes. Additional services such as addtional stops or waiting time can be requested at the time of booking.

  • The cancellation policy depends on the vehicle type as follows:

    Passenger Vehicles (Standard Taxi, Alphard, Grand Cabin Hiace)

    Bookings for passenger vehicles can be cancelled up to 3 days before the date of travel free of charge. Bookings cancelled within 2 days of the date of travel will be subject to the following charges:

    ・1-2 days before the date of travel: 50% of the total cost of the transfer
    ・Date of travel: 100% of the total cost of the transfer

    Microbus and Coach services (Microbus, Medium Coach, Full-size Coach)

    Bookings for microbus and coach services can be cancelled up to 10 days before the date of travel free of charge. Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the date of travel will be subject to the following charges:

    ・9 - 3 days before the date of travel: 50% of the total cost of the transfer
    ・With 2 days of the date of travel: 100% of the total cost of the transfer

    Requests for amendments are accepted up 5 days prior to the date of travel subject to availability.

  • Please inform is by email or phone if you flight is delayed or cancelled. We will work to arrange tranport at the new date or time at no additional costs. Please note that we cannot guarantee that transport will be available at the exact time requested.

  • A guide to the amount and type of luggage is as follows:

    Standard Taxi (NISSAN NV200)
    1-2 PAX: 3 -4 suitcases + 1-2 ski bags
    3 PAX: 4 suitcases NO SKI GEAR

    Alphard
    1-3 PAX: 3 suitcases 1-2 ski bags
    4 PAX: 4 suitcases NO SKI GEAR

    Grand Cabin Hiace
    6-8 PAX: Up to 10 suitcases or ski bags in total

    Please declare the luggage you plan to bring when making a booking request and we will inform you if the selected vehicle is not suitable.

  • Passengers may be dropped off or picked up at a separate locations for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

    Other additional stops such as going to the supermarket or ski gear rental shops can be requested at the time of booking. A waiting charge will be applied per hour (or part thereof) as shown below.

    ・Passenger Vehicles (Standard taxi, Alphard, Grand Cabin Hiace): ¥10000/ hour
    ・Coach services (Microbus, Medium Coach, Full-size Coach): Rate on request

  • Yes, when you enter the number and age of the children on the booking, the following seats are arranged free of charge:

    0-12 months: Bassinet style baby seat

    1-4 years: Child / Booster seat. Depending on the size or your child, the driver will remove the back of the child seat to convert it to a booster.
